The Dogma F frame is eleven per cent lighter than the Dogma F12 frame; the absolute weight saving is said to be 265 grams for the frame set for disc brakes. According to the press release, it should still have a higher bottom bracket stiffness and better aerodynamics. In contrast to many other manufacturers, Pinarello also offers the new model with rim brakes in addition to the disc version. The frame and the striking Onda fork are to be consistently optimised for the respective brake system.
Here you can see the bike in the video:
In frame size 53, Pinarello specifies the weight of its disc model at 6.8 kilograms (Shimano Dura-Ace) or 6.9 kilograms (SRAM Etap AXS). The rim brake models should easily break the UCI limit of 6.8 kilograms. A special feature of Pinarello remains the tightly staggered size range: the complete bike is available in eleven frame sizes and with 16 handlebar sizes, as well as a choice of two different seat posts and three colour options for the frameset. Pinarello does not mention prices in its press release.
